From Brief to Delivery
01 — Share the Brief
Send the project type, location, approximate dimensions, quantity, programme, drawings and visual references available.
02 — Material & Design Development
We refine the configuration, proportions, veneer direction, finish, hardware and decorative details in relation to the project.
03 — Sampling & Approval
Material samples, finish samples, drawings or mock-ups are reviewed as required before production approval.
04 — Production & Inspection
Production is coordinated within our own manufacturing facility, followed by staged inspection and visual documentation.
05 — Packing & Delivery
Finished work is protected for export, project-coded where appropriate, and prepared for coordinated worldwide delivery.
Material Samples
Natural veneer changes with species, grain, cut, finish and light. Samples allow the material direction to be evaluated in relation to the intended interior before final approval.
Project Questions
Can you work from architects’ or designers’ drawings?
Yes. We can review drawings, dimensions, elevations, finish references and technical requirements, then coordinate the details needed for production.
Can veneer species, grain direction and matching be customized?
Yes. Veneer selection, grain direction, bookmatching, tone and composition can be developed around the design intent and approved material direction.
Do you provide samples or mock-ups?
Material and finish samples can be prepared for evaluation. Prototypes or full-size mock-ups can also be coordinated where the project scope requires them.
How do you manage variation in natural veneer?
Natural variation is part of the material. We control the overall direction through veneer selection, sequencing, grain matching and approved samples while preserving the individuality of real wood.
What information is needed for a quotation?
Please share the product or application, dimensions, quantity, project location, preferred materials, required completion date and any drawings or references available.
How are decorative surfaces protected for shipping?
Packing is developed around the scale, finish and fragility of the work, with protective export packaging and delivery planning confirmed for the project.
