Made-to-Order Products
Many ATROVIA products are made to order or customized for a specific project. Estimated production and delivery timelines will be provided in the product description, quotation, or order confirmation. Production begins after required payments, specifications, finishes, and drawings have been approved.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges shown at checkout apply only when automated rates are available. Oversized, heavy, custom, or architectural products may require a separate freight quotation. Any additional shipping charges will be confirmed before fulfillment.
Freight Delivery
Large doors, partitions, panels, and architectural components may be delivered by freight carrier. Unless otherwise stated in writing, freight delivery is curbside and does not include unloading, installation, inside delivery, removal of packaging, or disposal of pallets.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that the delivery location is accessible to the carrier and that appropriate assistance or equipment is available for unloading when required.
Receiving and Inspection
Please inspect all packages before accepting delivery. If packaging appears damaged, note the damage on the carrier’s delivery receipt before signing.
After delivery, inspect the product promptly. If damage or missing items are discovered, contact ATROVIA as soon as possible and include the order number, photographs of the packaging, photographs of the product, and a description of the issue. Please retain all original packaging until the claim has been reviewed.
Delivery Estimates
Production and transit dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customization, material availability, weather, carrier schedules, customs processing, site access, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Address Changes
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Address changes requested after an order has entered production or fulfillment may result in additional charges or delays.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for applicable import duties, customs fees, taxes, brokerage charges, and local delivery requirements unless otherwise stated in writing.
Installation
Shipping and delivery do not include installation unless installation services are specifically included in the written quotation or order confirmation.
