These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the ATROVIA website, products, project services, and related communications. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility and Acceptable Use

You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement in your place of residence. You may not use the website or its content for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purposes, or in a way that infringes the rights of another person.

2. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, dimensions, materials, finishes, glass, hardware, colors, pricing, and availability accurately. Images and samples are illustrative. Natural materials, hand-applied finishes, glass, wood grain, lighting, and screen settings may create reasonable variations.

3. Custom and Made-to-Order Products

Most ATROVIA products are made to order. Production is based on the final drawings, dimensions, configuration, materials, finishes, glass, hardware, and other specifications approved by the customer. The customer is responsible for reviewing and approving all project details before production begins.

4. Measurements and Site Conditions

The customer is responsible for providing accurate measurements and for confirming opening conditions, wall construction, clearances, access, structural support, and installation requirements. Unless agreed in writing, ATROVIA does not perform site measurement or installation.

5. Orders, Pricing, and Payment

Prices and quotations may be changed before an order is accepted. An order becomes binding when the required payment and final approvals have been received. Taxes, shipping, crating, installation, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage, storage, redelivery, and destination charges are excluded unless expressly included in writing.

6. Lead Times

Production and delivery dates are estimates. Custom products are typically ready for shipment within 8–10 weeks after final approval, but timing may vary according to materials, complexity, quantity, production capacity, carrier schedules, customs clearance, and circumstances outside our reasonable control.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Oversized and custom-product freight is quoted separately according to dimensions, weight, crating, destination, site access, and service level. Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy. The customer must provide complete delivery information and inspect the shipment upon arrival.

8. Changes, Cancellations, and Returns

Changes or cancellations may be requested before final approval. Once production has begun, custom orders normally cannot be changed, cancelled, returned, or exchanged. Additional details are provided in our Return and Refund Policy.

9. Installation

Installation must be performed by qualified professionals in accordance with the approved drawings, supplied instructions, applicable building requirements, and site conditions. ATROVIA is not responsible for damage caused by incorrect storage, handling, installation, modification, maintenance, or use.

10. Intellectual Property

The website, branding, text, photographs, drawings, designs, graphics, and other content are owned by or licensed to ATROVIA. They may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used commercially without prior written permission.

11. Third-Party Services and Links

The website may use or link to third-party technology, payment, communication, analytics, logistics, or other services. Those services may be governed by separate terms and privacy notices. ATROVIA is not responsible for third-party websites or services outside our control.

12. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website and its content are provided without warranties beyond those expressly stated in writing. ATROVIA is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the website or products, customer-supplied measurements, site conditions, unauthorized modifications, or services performed by third parties.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on the website applies from its stated effective date. Continued use of the website after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
