1. Overview
These Terms of Service govern your use of the ATROVIA website and any inquiry, quotation, order, or project entered into with ATROVIA.
By using this website, submitting a project inquiry, approving a quotation, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Project-specific quotations, specifications, drawings, invoices, and order confirmations form part of the agreement between ATROVIA and the client.
If project-specific documents conflict with these general Terms, the project-specific documents will take priority.
2. Custom Products and Project Scope
ATROVIA designs and supplies custom interior doors, partitions, cabinetry, built-ins, decorative glass, hardware, furniture, and related architectural interior products.
Products may be customized according to dimensions, configuration, materials, finishes, colors, glass, hardware, opening direction, and other project requirements.
Images displayed on this website are intended to represent design possibilities and previous or conceptual applications. Final specifications are determined by the approved quotation and project documents.
3. Quotations and Pricing
Website prices, starting prices, estimates, and product descriptions are provided for general reference only unless expressly stated otherwise.
Final pricing may depend on:
- Product dimensions and configuration
- Materials, finishes, glass, and hardware
- Design and engineering requirements
- Quantity
- Packaging and freight requirements
- Delivery destination
- Applicable duties, taxes, and additional services
A quotation is valid only for the period stated in the quotation. ATROVIA may revise pricing if the scope, specifications, quantity, destination, or other project requirements change.
4. Measurements, Drawings and Client Approval
The client is responsible for providing accurate site dimensions, opening measurements, wall conditions, and other relevant project information.
Before production, the client must review and approve all applicable:
- Dimensions and drawings
- Opening and swing directions
- Product configuration
- Materials and finishes
- Glass selections
- Hardware specifications
- Colors
- Quantities
- Final pricing
Production will begin only after the required approval and payment have been received.
ATROVIA is not responsible for errors resulting from inaccurate measurements, incomplete site information, unsuitable structural conditions, or unauthorized changes made after approval.
5. Orders and Payment
Payment schedules, deposits, balances, accepted payment methods, and currency will be stated in the applicable quotation or invoice.
An order is not confirmed until ATROVIA has received the required payment and written approval of the relevant project documents.
Clients are responsible for any bank charges, currency conversion fees, intermediary banking fees, or payment processing costs unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Changes and Cancellations
Requests to change an approved order must be submitted in writing.
Changes requested after approval may result in:
- Additional design or production costs
- Revised pricing
- Extended lead times
- Replacement material costs
- Restarting part or all of the production process
Because ATROVIA products are made to order, cancellations may not be accepted once design work, material procurement, or production has begun.
Any applicable cancellation charge or refund will be assessed according to the stage of the project and the costs already incurred.
7. Materials and Natural Variation
Wood, timber veneer, stone, metal, glass, woven materials, handmade finishes, and other natural or crafted materials may vary in grain, color, texture, pattern, patina, and appearance.
Samples and digital images are representative and may not exactly match the finished product. Screen settings and lighting conditions may also affect color appearance.
Reasonable natural and handcrafted variations are not considered defects.
8. Production and Lead Times
Estimated production and delivery times will be stated in the quotation or order confirmation when available.
Lead times begin after all required approvals, measurements, specifications, and payments have been received.
Production or delivery may be affected by material availability, design revisions, manufacturing requirements, carrier schedules, customs procedures, severe weather, force majeure events, or other circumstances outside ATROVIA’s reasonable control.
ATROVIA will provide reasonable updates but does not guarantee an exact completion or delivery date unless expressly agreed in writing.
9. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping charges are calculated according to product dimensions, weight, packaging requirements, delivery method, and destination.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, the client is responsible for:
- Import duties and taxes
- Customs clearance
- Brokerage and destination charges
- Local delivery restrictions
- Unloading and movement of products into the property
- Storage charges caused by delayed receipt
- Local permits and regulatory requirements
The client must ensure that the delivery location is accessible and suitable for receiving the shipment.
Risk of loss or damage transfers according to the shipping terms stated in the quotation, invoice, or shipping documents.
10. Inspection and Shipping Claims
The client or receiving party should inspect the shipment promptly upon delivery.
Visible packaging damage should be photographed before unpacking whenever possible. Any product damage, shortage, or discrepancy should be reported promptly with:
- Order or project reference
- Photographs of the packaging
- Photographs of the affected product
- A description of the issue
- Unpacking or inspection video, if available
Original packaging must be retained until the claim has been reviewed. Failure to provide timely documentation may affect the ability to submit a claim to the carrier.
11. Installation
ATROVIA does not currently provide installation services unless expressly agreed in writing.
Products must be installed by a suitably qualified local contractor familiar with the relevant product, structure, hardware, and local building requirements.
The client and installer are responsible for checking site conditions and confirming that the product is suitable before installation.
ATROVIA is not responsible for installation labor, removal, reinstallation, site modifications, or damage caused by incorrect installation or handling.
12. Returns and Refunds
Because most ATROVIA products are customized or made to order, they are generally not eligible for return due to change of mind, incorrect client measurements, aesthetic preference, or circumstances outside ATROVIA’s control.
If a product arrives damaged, materially defective, or substantially different from the approved specifications, please contact ATROVIA promptly. We will review the documentation and determine an appropriate remedy, which may include repair, replacement components, remake, partial refund, or another mutually agreed solution.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law.
13. Warranty
Warranty coverage, duration, and remedies may vary by product, material, finish, hardware, and intended use.
Applicable warranty terms will be stated in the quotation, order confirmation, or ATROVIA Warranty & Care policy.
14. Intellectual Property
All website content, product concepts, drawings, renderings, photographs, text, graphics, branding, and design materials created by or for ATROVIA remain the intellectual property of ATROVIA or the applicable rights holder.
Project drawings and proposals may not be copied, reproduced, supplied to another manufacturer, or used for production without written permission.
Payment for a project does not transfer intellectual property rights unless expressly agreed in writing.
15. Website Information
We make reasonable efforts to keep website information accurate. However, product descriptions, availability, specifications, images, and other content may be updated without notice.
ATROVIA reserves the right to correct errors, update information, or withdraw products and services where necessary.
16. Third-Party Services
Our website or project process may use third-party services, including payment processors, carriers, logistics providers, communications platforms, and external websites.
ATROVIA is not responsible for the independent terms, availability, security, or practices of third-party services.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, ATROVIA will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or project-related losses arising from delays, incorrect client information, unsuitable site conditions, third-party installation, customs procedures, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Where liability cannot legally be excluded, ATROVIA’s liability will be limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
18. Governing Terms
The applicable contracting entity and governing terms may be identified in the project quotation, invoice, or order confirmation.
Mandatory consumer protections applicable in the client’s location remain unaffected where they cannot legally be excluded.
19. Changes to These Terms
ATROVIA may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this website at the time of an order or inquiry will apply unless different terms are agreed in writing.
