Refund policy

Most ATROVIA products are made to order according to the dimensions, configuration, materials, finishes, glass, hardware, and other specifications approved for each project. Please review all drawings and order details carefully before approval.

Changes and Cancellations

Changes or cancellations may be requested before final drawings and specifications are approved. Once final approval has been provided or production has begun, the order cannot normally be changed or cancelled. If a change remains technically possible, additional costs and a revised lead time may apply.

Custom and Made-to-Order Products

Custom and made-to-order products are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange because of preference changes, incorrect customer-provided dimensions, site conditions, installation issues, natural material variation, or differences that fall within the approved specifications.

Material Samples

Material and finish samples are intended for evaluation purposes and are final sale. Natural materials, hand-applied finishes, glass, wood grain, and screen displays may show reasonable variation from samples and photographs.

Incorrect, Damaged, or Defective Items

If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or with a suspected manufacturing defect, contact studio@atrovia.net within 7 calendar days of delivery. Include the order number, delivery receipt, photographs of the crate and packaging, photographs of the product before and after unpacking, and a description of the issue. Keep all packaging materials while the claim is reviewed.

Do not install or modify a product that appears damaged, incorrect, or defective. Installation, cutting, drilling, finishing, or other modification may affect the available remedy.

Review and Resolution

ATROVIA will review the submitted information and determine the appropriate resolution. Depending on the circumstances, this may include replacement parts, repair guidance, remake of an affected component, or another agreed remedy. Returns must not be sent without prior written authorization and shipping instructions.

Non-Returnable Costs

Unless required by applicable law or agreed in writing, original shipping charges, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, storage charges, installation costs, removal costs, and return freight are non-refundable.
